First, I have a math class at OU Southern from 11 to 1. From there, it's off to Ironton Physical Therapy to get an altra-sound for my leg so I can get back to running. After that I might go home for a while or I might head on over to the high school and wait till track practice starts

Spoke at the "Burg" Bible Club this morning.. Stopped by the professional loafer's club at the Wheelersburg McDonalds..

Sounds like a big day for Mr Focused. I'm heading down for the Ironton School Levy Rally this evening. Even though I have already voted I'm still going to attend.
