While their totals were down today..14 of them still managed to bring a bag in that averaged over 6lbs a fish! that's still crazy!'

The leader has 15 fish/109.8 total. That's 7.32 lbs per fish. I just couldn't imagine having 15 bass in three days that are all over 7 lbs!

here's the scoreboard for the three days

I just couldn't imagine! what fishing!

I noticed some of the names at the top..Paul Elias and Mark Davis. Sounds like crank baits as they are known for them might have been the key there

I always liked watching Elias fish. He would put his rod tip down in the water while he was cranking. They used to call him Smith Brothers because he looked like the one on the cough drop box.

One thing that always amazed me about Elias is though...he made the statement back after he won The Classic and made famous his 'Kneel And Reel' was he told an interviewer that once the water gets like (and I can't remember the exact figure) under 65 or so, quit using Crank Baits as they won't catch any fish - now...today, that's so funny to me.

Don't know Oz whether it will be on again or not but...in my opinion, ESPN, does a terrible job with the new Bassmaster Shows. I'd love to see the old people who done it take it back over. They really knew how to make it exciting. ESPN, usually kicks butt in my sports now but with the Bassmaster events..I just think that they don't do a very good job (and I'm comparing to what it used to be years ago)

I watched the Falcon Lake tournament this morning. Elias kicked butt with those 10" Mann's Jelly Worms.
