Was South Point having an off night or ZT that much better? Can't wrap my head around this?

Sounds like it was pretty even in the first half, what happened?

South Point was not their usual self. They could not hit a basket or a foul shot the second half. ALL the boys were off not just one. Usually one kid is hot and the thers aren't. Last night no one was hot!!!I don't think Winkler made a basket.

We played right there with Eastern Brown, Peebles and Manchester and beat Portsmouth early. I think we were just having an off night. I guess when we play the Peake on Friday time will tell.

ZT is very athletic and physical. I'm sure their defense and quickness hurt South Point. They are a veteran team with 4 returning starters from a district final team. They have slashers and shooters. If you lose by 30 at home it was more than an off night I'm sure.

that is correct.
just because you have an off shooting night doesnt mean you all the sudden forget how to play defense.
