Nothing for Oak Hill to be ashamed of...great season again for the Oaks. But they got an unlucky draw in having to face an underachieving Wheelersburg in the Sectional Final. They should still be decent next year with Slone and Hale back.*

I agree they just had the unlucky draw of playin burg in the sectional finals. The oak hill fans have nothin to be ashamed of 20-1 is a great season.

I'm not gonna bash anyone, I thought both teams played one hell of a game the oaks just came up a few points against a very good burg team despite the record.

How in the world was Oak Hill unlucky. I understand that Burg has a great program and coach, but that doesn't make them have a unlucky draw. They were the number 1 seed in the sectional, ranked in the state, 20-0, and defending state champs. Now i was not at the game tonight, but they obviously either got outplayed or outcoached. Thats how you lose any game, luck has nothing to do with that aspect of it.

^^^ Has little to do with anything. Chesapeake lost in 92 in the sectional final and brought back the same team next year and went to to Regional finals. No one wants to go up against the Burg in the sectional.

It's a tough sectional period alot of good teams in the Jackson bracket as Oak hill and portsmouth found out.
Winning 20 games is a great fear Oak Hill nothing to be ashamed of beating a team 3 times in a row is tough for any team to do.
Just a tough drawl for ya in getting a much improving wheelersburg team.
Going to be interesting in seeing who comes out of this bracket on top with two strong teams gone in it already.

Oak Hill is not 20-1. With Norm's scheduling power they still have a makeup game from early January with South Webster. They entered the tournament 19-0. All league games have to be made up.
