Koons may do a good job. Does anyone know if he wants the job? He does have varsity HC experience. Maybe Koondogger could get on here and give us some inside info? I have heard the name Swinehart (sp) being tossed around though. Anyone know anything about that?

This is not a big time job for a coach to leave a establish program to come to logan. You are D1 School all by yourself in SE ohio. You play in the central disrict with no chance ever to win more than 1 game IN THE TOURNAMENT. REALITY CHECK GENTLEMAN!!!!

Mentalist, unless you set goals you will only be less than average. With the right coach and a soild program a deep tournament is possible, maybe not every year! Also remember divisons change every 2 years, next cycle Logan could be D II.

I hate it that you guys are overlooking me. What more do I have to do to prove my worth? Give me a chance to install the wheel on offense and bring my 2-3 zone to the varsity program. You won't regret it.

logan will have to go D2 to even have a chance at tourney success. i think that is what turns most coaches off to the logan job. Going 20-0 and not having a shot to get out of your sectional is not very appealing.

To complete with the big boy's we must start to schedule more D I and good DII schools, and dont give me this BS that D I schools will not play Logan! After the new coach establishs his program from grade school up then and in order to accomplish this the new coach needs to bring in his own people!

Logan can build a winning basketball program because they have enough athletes to do so........certainly competing better in the SEOAL is a very realistic goal........advancing at the Fairgrounds is also doable........the Chieftains won their first game vs. Briggs in the sectional this year, and only lost to Dublin Coffman 67-53 in the next game.......Coffman went on the D1 regional after beating undefeated Upper Arlington.

Logan will have to drop quite a bit in enrollment to be D2........with their current enrollment at 450 boys.
