Surely you don't want to go there. Seamans a very good ball player and his game speaks for itself. You don't need to build him up by cutting by cutting on E.B.

I'm in disbelief, slug! Eastern has some great guards and I can't imagine what happened. I have a lot of respect for the Eastern program. There you go reading more into someone's post.

Thanks though. Kind of funny how you continued to go on and on about your thoughts over the last 2 posts but want the rest of us to shut up about it?

Uh, I said that if your going to talk about it, bring up a new point...I read 4 pages of the same crap...Sure I wen't on about it but it was things that hadn't been talked about..

I don't understand reading something that you dislike reading. You have not been on in awhile. Do you suddenly have more free time on your hands now? :-D

HOLY S###!!! I SAID, its just ANNOYING reading about 2 different things on 5 pages, officiating and fans...Thats almost all that was on here...then I figured I'd let everyone know it would be more interesting if people wanted to talk about the game then choose new topics within it...This is why I decided I would bring up the huge difference in rebounding, which is one of the things I thought determined the game (and since it hadn't been talked about before)....I thought it was rather annoying how everyone posted the same exact things...

Fans? Try to imagine how the players feel...especially Seaman, who in my opinion is one of the best players in southern ohio...

fans, players, coaches....has to be tough...knowing you were right there and should have had it. I'm pretty sure it was heartbreaking for all the players, not just one....everyone of them gave 100 percent plus all season long.

The refs never lose a game for a team...they never miss foul shots, last time I checked.

But one thing refs can do is embarras themselves like the officials of the Peebles/Ironton game. And toward the end it seemed like the didn't ewant to be the reason the game was won or lost (hence granting a time out when you don't have posession of the ball). I think you need to officiate the game fairly and consistently, regardless of what quarter or OT it is.

I hope the three officials from this game, and from the other games at the convo (which I've also heard were not well officiated) watch tapes and learn how they can do their jobs better, because if you're going to be that bad you shouldn't be in stripes during a tournament game.

No way....I think there were a few bad calls...but aren't there always....I was just trying to make a joke out of it after reading all the posts on this thread.

It seems to me that nobody really wants to discuss why Peebles lost that game.

I have my ideas...what are your thoughts on the reason for the loss?

IMO The main reason for the loss was the offensive rebounding differential between the two teams.
