Pre-season....
1. Warren
2. toss up with Marietta, FF and Waterford
5. Belpre
6-9 is a pick em at this point for me.
By default, Caldwell, Buckeye Trial and River will get #10 but who knows.

Re: Marietta Times Top 10 week 1.
I heard Shenandoah looked very good over Caldwell last Friday at ther preview.
Re: Marietta Times Top 10 week 1.
I haven't seen most of these teams play for about three years, so I don't have anything terribly insightful to say, but edistspy's list made me think back a few years. I got to work with this group of Waterford Seniors when they were sixth graders and they were very good, but the kids from Warren gave us a lot of trouble so, if edspy's list holds up, then after six years of hard work, growth, and maturity . . . nothing's changed.

I didn't go to the preview, but I heard Shenandoah won it pretty easily. Caldwell's first game is tomorrow against Monroe Central. Not sure if I'll go or not, but if I do i'll try to give a run down on how each team looks.

Warren is ahead of everyone by far.Marietta was handled by Fort Frye at John Glenn and if in for a long year with that schedule.Frontier lost 7 srs and has a lot of young kids.Fort Frye won opener over Belpre 64-35 in a game that was not that close.Big test game for FF on Tuesday vs Warren.
