we can argue all night but it will come to a head tomorrow at the draw, but it still boils down to if you are going anywhere in the tournament you gotta beat someone sometime whether it be at valley or o.u.

a_c_m,

The SHL people do not always complain. We know that the SOC has to play eachother every year in the first round. Thats because there are 7 or 8 teams in the same sectional. We just get tired of the SOC coaches always pairing 2 of the 3 SHL teams together in the first round. They ALWAYS do that to eliminate one of the teams. I don't know if its to help more SOC teams advance, or if they're just plain scared of them. (maybe both) But like sparky just said, you gotta beat someone good to go somewhere.

From what I have gathered, I think that someone from our district will have a chance to go to state this year (this being with 2 teams getting out of the district and will play eachother in the first round of regionals). This makes a perfectly good reason for the coaches of the SOC to help eachother out this year. It will help them to advance further in the tourney, and add to there egos.

OK....let's seed the teams according to how many losses they have versus D4 schools...how would that round things out?

Has ISJ played since the last rankings? If so, who did they play and what was the result? I still have them at 10-7.

Thanks in advance.
