im from ohio but with wat ive seen from the lineups ky should beat them by 10+..ky height will hurt ohio inside..only chance ohio has is to shoot from outside cause if they try to go down low against ky they will get dominated

Im not sure. Neither team really has a player that can absolutely dominate the other. Treg is the second tallest player on Kentucky's roster and he is going to play the 2 or 3 in college. Nate Anderson(6'9" going to D1 UNC Ashville) and Aaron White(6'8" going to Iowa) should keep it close with Kentucky's bigs. George Fant(Western Kentucky) and Kameron Woods(Butler) are loads on the inside though. I would say it will be a fairly even game with Ohio winning by 5 or less.

Where are some of the other Ohio players going? It looks like Ky is loaded this year.

I saw Trey Lewis at the state when Garfield Heights lost to Columbus Northland......he had 33 points in the game........Penn State is getting a very good player.

[quote="moose"]Kentucky jumped out to a 29-2 lead.

The first lineup with the coach's son was just not getting it done for the Ohio team. Kentucky was much bigger and more athletic but the trio of Aaron White, Trey Burke, and Trey Lewis quickly chipped away at the lead and got the job done in the end. The game was well worth the price of admission as both teams played hard on both ends despite the fact that it was an all-star game.

MVPs:
Aaron White(Iowa Commit)-Ohio
Anthony Hickey-Kentucky

He played well considering the amount of time and opportunities he had. He had 4pts but was 2/3 from the field. The coach for Ohio split the roster into three seperate teams that would only play with the members of their team. Blake was put in the second group to come in with Jalen Ragland from Chillicothe, Stevie Taylor from Gahanna Lincoln, Brian Sullivan from Upper Arlington, and Nate Anderson from Teays Valley. Taylor and Sullivan dominated the ball the entire time and rarely differed to either Blake or Jalen. Ragland finished with either 3 or 5pts. The final 5 to come in would have been the starters on any other occasion with Ohio Mr. Basketball and Michigan signee Trey Burke, Penn State signee Trey Lewis, Iowa signee and game MVP Aaron White, Wisconsin signee Traevon Jackson, and Mike Boyd who will be going to a prep school. Lewis and Burke both played as well as I thought they would but Aaron White, who really dosent look like much until you see him play, really suprised me. Overall I wasent very impressed with Traevon Jackson, Stevie Taylor, Cole Krizancic, Delbert Love, and Markus Crider for the Ohio team. All of them have proven they are great players over the past couple years but they did not show it in this one. I would almost put Travis Trice in this group but I think he redeemed himself late in the game with a pair of clutch threes. I would also like to mention that I was a little disappointed Aaron Thomas wasent present for the game, I was really looking forward to seeing him play.....but I guess Trey Burke isnt a bad sub to put in his place. :-D

Very true. He puts on a show everytime he hits the court. That is expected from one of the top 15 point gaurds in the country though. You probably cant tell it due to the video quality but Trey Lewis is just as good. That combo is a huge reason Ohio won this game. Burke, Tim Hardaway Jr., and Darius Morris(If he dosent enter the draft)will make a scary backcourt for the Wolverines in the future. Michigan is a dominant Center away from being eye level, talent wise , with the buckeyes.
