Warren's varsity starters only played around 2 1/2 quarters tonight. Maybe 2 3/4. Starters didn't play in the 4th at all. Warren's 2nd team, and I call them that because when the starters went out, all 5 bench players come on. That is basically the way substitutions came in tonite. Warren was in sync offensively and defensively, and I don't know if anybody could have beaten them tonite. Maybe the Heat!!! LOL. This was a good warm-up for THE game at Portsmouth this Friday. Go Team Warriors!!!

I think we may have a plan to do it at the game at Marietta. We'll see if it works.

Haha we're always nice. And I'm even more confused as to who you are now. I will keep the scores posted on here, and yeah I think I'm gonna try to stay in this one.

Yes pfloyd I have been on the road alot this winter. We found this one in our backyard!!!!

To the game; I will say that Belpre is getting better but this was not a TVC team they were playing tonight. Warren came out with the usual hard nose defense and got off to a great start. The offense was feeding off the defense. Going into the paint with Winland getting easy shots. As a team they shot 52% on 9 of 17 from the field and went up 10.

2nd quarter was more of the same and coach Maddox pulled all the starters with 4:05 left and the bench took over. There was no let up and the lead went to 20. Adam Lang played one heck of a game. He had 7 points and 6 rebounds in that time span. Henthorn was Henthorn. Man he plays hard! Yabs was all over who ever had the ball. I like what he beings to this team. Pannell was solid on defense and hit a 3 ball. Patton is still struggling. Keep shooting Reese good shoters will shot themself out of this slump.

The 2nd half Maddox played everybody and the Warriors stilled pulled away. Sorry Belpre fans; the Warrior have not played in awhile so they needed to work on things and you just happen to be in the gym tonight. Press or no press it needed done. The Warriors were beating you to every loose ball and played with more intensity. Not their fault!!!!

Team stats: for Warren
32 of 67 48% from the field
11 of 24 46% foul shots ( not good )
9 of 21 43% 3s
rebounds 27 def 14 off 41 total
10 turnovers

Belpre stats
16 of 54 30% from the field
11 of 15 73% foul shots ( kept them some what in the game )
3 of 16 19% 3s
rebounds 18 def 4 off 22 total
turnovers 15

The Warren jvs won 55 to 26. Michael Hall had 22 points, the new kid on the floor tonight. He looks good in BLUE and WHITE

GO TEAM WARREN WARRIORS!!!!!!!!
