I think that the Streaks will be a little lower than what you have. Maybe 5 or 6.

Lynchburg beating Zane Trace will change my seeds up by a bit.

Will Portsmouth get the 1 seed with no league help? Although their losses are to some pretty big schools, I see the coaches doing their typical buddy voting. I hate how basketball votes on tournament seeding. You have to look at strength of schedule. I would guess if Valley takes care of Piketon, then the SOC coaches will give them votes.

I read in the paper that Valley beat Manchester by 20 points on Saturday night.

Even if they voted today I still say Portsmouth does not be 1, just going by history. Good luck to all teams it should be fun to watch this bracket play out

You all have Portsmouth West with 8 losses and we only have 7. We dropped two straight to Minford and Adena to move to 10-7.

Portsmouth fans have learned from past experiences to not get hopes too high for a particular seed........Even though the voting has to be done by midnight, there will be some "politicking" going on well before the deadline. Portsmouth plays at Warren Friday night......if the Trojans can win that game (they have won at Warren 3 of the last 4 years), given their resume already, they without question deserve the #1 seed.

Too much talk about seeding....if you are good enough to make it to the 'big floor' you'll find a way to get it done, if not, you'll be exposed as a paper tiger. I like seeing the best teams advance, as opposed to the BEST positioned team advancing.

What are final records? Seeds are given Sunday but I believe all coaches must have their records in by today.

Predictions?

Again, my personal seeding, not necessarily where I think they'll actually get placed.

1- Portsmouth (15-5)
2- Valley (15-4)
3- Zane Trace (13-5)
4- Lynchburg Clay (12-7)
5- Piketon (11-7)
6- Southeastern (11-7)
7- West Union (12-8)
8- Adena (10-9)
9- West (10-7)
10- Eastern Brown (7-11)
11- Wheelersburg (7-11)
12- Westfall (6-12)
13- Northwest (5-11)
14- Huntington (2-16)

This thing is going to be tough. After some news, I think teams 4-9 on my list are pretty interchangeable. All of which are pretty good. I think Adena and WU are sleepers to make some noise, especially if Adena can mesh. WU is a tough matchup for whomever matches up with them.

I'm curious as to whether the coaches will vote before Portsmouth plays at Warren on Friday night. It could be a huge game for seeding if PHS wins.

I wish the voting was due at Midnight on Saturday, that way the weekend's game could be accounted for. I haven't see the program, but I'm guessing that it wouldn't take more than 10 minutes to figure out the total votes for each school.

I agree with this! Only thing I think could happen is Valley and Portsmouth could swap (not saying I agree with it or not.) Other than that I think this is spot on.
