Yes, I've seen him play. He gonna have his dad's height?

Piketon has a couple coming up I've seen play that look like they have some potential. Cody Weaver is going into 8th but he's young. 13 still I think. He's a 6'2 lefty, athletic as all get out and had a motor that doesn't stop.

Isaac Little is going into 7th. He's gonna be another one to watch for!

Also Colby swain from Waverly 8th

He is solid, and can play any position from what I've seen. I know it's tough to judge what kind of players they will be by watching them play pee wee and jr high. I've seen it too many times when the kids just can't adjust to the high school varsity level but something tells me that won't happen with him.

It's interesting to me to hear some names of kids who are dominating now and see how much you hear their names in 2,3, or 4 years.

I think Little was the best 6th grader I watched last year (I followed 5th grade but saw a lot of 6th grade as well)

I know his parents. I think he's playing in the All Ohio AAU organization for a 7th grade team. I believe he was held back a year but I don't think he'd struggle a bit playing up.

I also seen a couple of twins from Zane trace 6th grade team that were put together pretty well. Debord I think is their last names.

I would like to see that group participate in the Bannon Park Classic this summer.

The DeBord twins left Zane Trace for Unioto. Greenwalt off the same team also left Zane Trace for Unioto.

I was at the Shawnee State JH Summer League and South Webster has two very impressive junior high players.

7th grade has JJ Truitt, arguably the best 7th in SE Ohio.. 6'0" and can play all 5 spots.

8th grade has Levi Murphy, a very solid big kid underneath with nice touch.

I've heard a lot of good things about JJ Truitt from South Webster and how he is a big kid for a 7th grader and can handle the ball like a point guard and shoot the 3 ball as well.

bbjunky: sounds like Webster should be pretty decent for next couple of years if Truitt is as good as people are saying, along with Murphy in 8th and the current freshmen class they have.*
