New Boston led Peebles 47-32 with about 5:00 to play in the 3rd quarter. Outscored the Indians 17-2 coming out of the half. Then Peebles outscored New Boston 40-20 over the last 13 minutes——Including 32-16 in the 4th.

New Boston Down 62-60 And Truitt Drove The lane and missed the shot. He went for the rebound and was called for a foul. After being called for the foul he turned and made the gesture that he was fouled on his shout. A second ref Td him up. It was a weak technical. No words came from him.

Any idea the stats in this game. 24 from New Boston and #11Arey from Peebles had a ton of points.

I didn’t keep scoring stats but I would bet Arey #11 from Peebles had an easy 30. He and #22 probably combined for at least 50 of the 72.

#24 for New Boston had most of his points in that 3rd period flurry. Truitt probably had 20 for New Boston and their points might have been more spread out amongst the 5.

I think our little sophmore points guard had about 10. Our#20 had 2 quick bucket in first quarter and came up lame. He didn't play second half. Have a good night.

There were a total of 3 fouls called the first half. Two against Peebles. Second half NB blew a 15 point lead because they got cocky and then got tired when you tire you start reaching and foul Peebles is a good team .Depth showed last night and will show next time if it happens.Tourny time the very deep Reserves will show up too.

Allison coached. I think if NB would have used their little #4 or #23 from the reserves for a few minutes during the game they would have had a better 4th quarter. By the same token Ball for Peebles had the flu and sat the second half and Arey sat 2 minutes in third quarter to be ready for 4th quarter. I think it worked out well for Coach Arey . Two come from behind wins in a row for Peebles . It was a fun game played by two very good teams.D4 bracket will be fun.
