Perdue is a flat out stud. Piketon doesn't win very many games without him. He is not SVC player of the year. Swackhammer is just as good, if not better and his team will be undefeated in the SVC!

Swackhammer is great but without him they still win games and be in the hunt for a league title. TP without him Piketon woulda won 1 maybe 2 games. He AVG a double double blocks steals assist. Plays the point the swing and the big on both ends of floor and leads the state in scoring and shooting % thats a POY.

Also give TP
ONE of the U players that start and or general hoops and TP would win POY and maybe the league. Its easier to shine when u have good around you but TP brings it and has to carry the load. Last night put up 35 of teams 70 points COME ON MAN.

Averages a double double blocks seals assist?

Leads the state in scoring? How does one find that list?

Take some of those starters off Unioto and Swack might be leading the state in scoring on a lesser team.

The best player on an undefeated league team isn’t going to not at least share league poy honors.

One thing is for sure....the SVC could put together an incredible all-star team

There's a filter on Maxpreps where you can find that. He's leading amongst the teams that enter stats on there, which I'm not sure how many do that though. But, Swackhammer is 2nd in the state in Assists and leads the state in steals on there, so that's a strong argument for him if they are going to use that.

Actually no not max preps go to. OHSAA and look he avg double double points rebounds get steals assist blocks leads in fg % swack wasnt 2nd in state as of thursday or even on the top 10 but is an excellent player. Im not sure he can do as many things at TP so well but he sure is good. We will have to agree to disagree.

For one they are different players. As an outsider I’d like the coaches to rig it for co POY...I wouldn’t yell and scream if Swingle made it a tri.

If there is just 1 and no co....I give the edge to Swack

Swack just took over the #1 spot in assists for Unioto all time (344) ... 121 points to reach 1000 pts for his career ... he is also in line to become the winningest player ever a UHS ... not a bad career (tongue in cheek) that isn't over with 4 weeks of regular season and the post season still to come ...

Swack has committed to D-2 Flagler College in Florida. Kennedy D-2 Concord out of WV. Is Tanner Perdue committed anywhere?

Both are great players one can play 2 spots and do many things well. The other can and does play 4 spots and do everything well except drive the bus to and from the games.
