Is they any school still teaching granny shot free throwing technique?
We had a kid or two that werent real good shooters and this coaching tool seemed to help. Does anyone still do it?
1980-82.....the glory days of Southern basketball. We almost did it!

If I had a kid with enormous hands I would still use this time tested technique

Plus you can develop him athletically with polymetrics and them lifts where grab the bar and jump as high as you can
