Several weekends with him during our AAU run together, and even took Him on our family vacation last summer. Cam is a great ball player, but even better overall kid.
If you were to ask Colby who is better, he would tell you Cam.
Ask Cam, he would tell you Colby. They are the best of friends
And compliment each other very well on and off the court.
This entire team is very close and driven with a common goal in Mind- just win!! Doesn’t matter to any of them who leads in scoring, just get the W. As a parent, and basketball fan, it’s fun to watch!
I wish nothing but the best to all local teams.
Looking forward to the Chillicothe/Zane Trace matchup, Lots and Lots of basketball talent will be on display!!

Roper/Evans
Beard/Swain
But always a tough one for me because at some point coach swain and I have coached all of those young men mentioned (other than Davidson) so I want to see them all playing at their very best!

... Zane Trace is a a very very good TEAM ... I have much respect for Coach K and the TEAM that IS ZT ... MOST teams ALL have 1 or 2 "players/scorers" with everyone else falling into roles ... the good TEAMS find that 3rd scorer that forces opponents to defend 3 scorers - in HS hoops THAT makes it difficult/THAT (3 scorers) usually makes a good team a very good TEAM ... ZT has 4 scorers ! who can put a 20 spot on you on any given night - Colby Swain MAKES ZT an EXCELLENT TEAM - very few teams in hs have the ability to guard 4 scorers just as very few hs have a 4th scorer who CAN/DOES make an opponent pay - Colby IS THAT solid/true scorer of the ball - he can hit the 3 ball , he can get into the paint/take a defender baseline & get to the rim AND finish ... ZT is the conglomeration of 5-6-7 players who bring their own skill sets/size/quickness that comes together as a TEAM that is difficult to matchup with for ANY opponent - Colby Swain is a MAJOR part of the ZT TEAM who makes every other player on TEAM able to be the BEST that they can be on the court ... rswain - there was no disrespect meant by MY post ...pfloyd wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 5:04 pm... ... thank you sir ... I've always looked to promote the TEAMS, players, coaches of ALL teams Below the Lancaster-Dixon Line ... when what I post stops doing that - I will stop posting ...
