Easter Brown 41 Western Brown 27 at the half. Luke Garrett drains two NBA style threes to end the half. I am a "just the facts" kind of guy, but I am going to opine. I am watching the game streaming. This game has been really been impacted by officiating. Mind you, not one sided, but impacted by the amount of very ticky-tack fouls, travels, etc. There is one gentleman that is making calls from way out of position because the speed of the game seems to be affecting his ability to keep up. A nice break away dunk was nullified by an out of position travel call. Both teams rhythm was hindered by a constant barrage of seemingly needless whistles. Once again, not one sided, just constant. I am giving the benefit of the doubt because Im watching at home, but man, someone is getting alot of camera time, and its not the players!

Final
The Peake. 76
South Gallia. 51
The Peake hit at least 10 threes, just a little quicker than the Rebels who had the height advantage. I believe I heard they have 8 seniors.

SG’s best players are a junior Brayden??? Campbell? He’s a 6’3-6’4 junior and a sophomore big kid

I don’t think it’s Campbell (I’m going blank and Breydon Campbell is one of the Northwest XC runners)...I’m around too many sports and kids lol

Good showing by Peake

The better D4 teams are struggling mightily this week with the D3 teams

Edit: Brayden Hammond

Piketon 76
Trimble 49

... tale of the tape was Piketon as a team going 16/29 from behind the arc ON TOP OF playing some solid defense vs a very young/physical Trimble Tomcat ball club ... Chris Chandler's napkin stat line 7 threes/32 points on the night ... Brody Fuller added 5 threes/19 points with supporting 3 point buckets from Levi Gullion/Tra Swayne/Brady Coreno ... Trimble was led by Austin Wisor's 20 points

Sg had two seniors in the lineup tonight.. mabe #10 and small #14
We have been without our starting center all year do to two COVID quarantines .. no excuses tho peak was better.. I promise that we won’t see a good ole up in your face defense like that the rest of the year tournament time included.. so in the long run tonight did our boys a lot of good..
