Pretty interesting that 7 out of the top 11 are in the D3 Southeast Regional (Worthington Christian, Harvest Prep, Eastern Brown, Fredericktown, Ft. Frye, Wheelersburg, and Fairland). Throw Adena in there and it is 8 out of the top 13.

In D2, Johnathon Alder will also be in the Southeast Regional to go with Warren, Logan Elm, and Waverly.

In D4, from what I can tell, only New Boston and Trimble will be in the Southeast Regional.

Would have been some fun games in the Convo. I believe District Semis are home court, then District Finals are neutral, then Regional Semis are home court, and Regional Finals are neutral. Please correct me if I am wrong. The way it matches up is the winner of Fairland/Adena (Southeast 1) vs. Fort Frye (East) and Wheelersburg/Eastern Brown (Southeast 2) vs. Worthington Christian/Harvest Prep/Fredericktown (Central 2). Although I am sure somebody is bound to get upset somewhere along the way.
