2026 Buckeye Elite Basketball Showcase at P.H.S. on Jan. 17th, 2026

This looks like an exciting event!! I will be there to root on my Alma mater the Coal Grove Hornets against Eastern, then watch Notre Dame as Uce seen them.play and then I live in Ironton so will cheer them on , and then Fairland and Wheelersburg against the Cincy teams lol. Then the nightcap with the Host Portsmouth Trojans lol. I'm not sure I can make it through all these games I'm getting tired typing lol. Can you leave and come back in for this event??

Portsmouth started out 3-0, then hit a rough patch to go 3-3, but a 73-72 win over Ironton has re-energized this team. Since that win over the Fighting Tigers, PHS has now upped its record to 7-4 (4-2 in the OVC) with games at Eastern Pike 1/13, at Chesapeake 1/15, and vs. Lewis County in the Buckeye Elite on Saturday.
