Word at Meigs is Howsey got the player mentioned to move back to Southern. Based on his history and reputation this isn’t surprising.
The Brinager kid is from Southern. Played there all the way through eighth grade and then transferred to Meigs for high school. His older brother played at southern a few years ago and was a good player as well. Leave that kid alone. He’s a good player. And he will take southern far.

Who cares what Howie is doing. If he wants to help his son coach, good for him. I don’t know why we’re so hung up on what he’s doing. Heck maybe he can go to Waterford and clean that mess up. Not sure he would even want to coach this group. They seem like there are three players who want to do whatever it takes together to win and then you have two that just throw up junk and flop. - it’s painful to watch.
He played Jr Hi at meigs
Yes his eight grade year but before that it was southern

If Beucler doesn't have to sit out his family must have had a "bonified move" into the district. Not just move, but for non-athletic purposes.

The Buecler kid did not play against Vinton County on Tuesday, it was Meigs' 12th game. While at the game, I heard all kinds of rumors, but no one knows for sure as to what is going on. He has a little sister, she is in the seventh grade, does not play sports, and up until last week she was enrolled into Oak Hill. As of last Friday, she is now enrolled into Meigs Middle School. My empathy is directed at her. God Bless her, I can't imagine what she is going through.

Lots of kids move at the end of a semester, for a variety of reasons and most of which aren’t athletics related.

With everything that transpired with Ironton this past fall I am sure all AD's and Admin are on high alert when it comes to transfers!! Schools need to do a better job of educating families on rules and possible consequences ! I am sure they may know some but do they know them all?

If you’re truly curious about the Beucler kid, just go to a home game and ask! He’s related to half of Meigs.
Side note: He has 2 sisters (3rd grade and 8th grade) and they both play sports as well.

They beat daddy ball, I mean Meigs. So they aren’t that bad. Was the game at Wellston?

I’m glad Howie is helping his son. With the talent they have and the boost in coaching they should walk through the Hocking and it’s been a long while since they’ve won a league title.
They just won the league title last year
Makes sense doesn’t it because Howie started helping last season.

Waterford with a buzzer beater in OT to split the series with Federal Hocking.
If you haven't seen the video- the lang kid threw up a half court shot and banked it in.
Waterford has some tough games in the next few weeks.
out of conference FF and warren- River Valley
But they travel to Racine next week and that should be a good game. tough place to play but looking forward to seeing what Cunningham has in store for the rematch.
Hoping to make it to the FF/Waterford game Saturday. I don't think they have a live feed.

TVC hocking is looking interesting now. southern is clearly at the top but second place is definitely up for grabs.

TVC Ohio is wide open. Wellston is a half game ahead of Meigs but play Meigs tonight. It was a blow out in Wellston by Meigs when they played last. Meigs got beat by Vinton County and VC has losses to Wellston and River Valley. Nelsonville York is 3-3 in the league and could still share the crown. I believe there is a chance for a co- championship or even a tri championship, I think whoever wins it will have two or three losses. Fasten your seat belts.
