Just got back to the ranch from the Schott (and the parking lot they call I-71!!!). In a word... WOW!!! Although we read some of it on SEOPS, the "other" site was full of garbage all week of how Poland's "depth" would wear down the Cavs. Nope, not in that tempo of a game, and not with Chilly's guards. Actually could have, and should have converted a few more 2-4 footers that would have made the final margin even worse. Humpty just too quick, and the best vision on the floor of anyone. Chambers was a man, and Seth provided his usual yoeman-like effort with great production and decision making. Caleb provided valuable minutes with handling some of the half-court from Humpty, and even though Stu wasn't "on" today with his shot, he was smart enough to be patient and play very hard defense, while hustling down a few loose balls. All in all, a great team effort from a team that knows it's roles. On a non-basketball side note, I've been one of the "silent majority" that has wondered what it would take for the people of Chillicothe, it's fans, alumni, and students to REALLY get fired-up about this team and put on a show of force both vocally and in sheer numbers. Well, it's obvious... all you gotta do is give em an opportunity to buy a ticket to the Schott!!!!! What a turn out, both from the student body and community. Of the four Division II teams appearing today, it wasn't even close... Chilly in a landslide!!! Bring it again on saturday... we'll need it. Go Cavs!!!

Just got back from the game and let me say how proud I am of the Chillicothe fans. Great turnout. Slowly but surely this program has got the CAVS back from the dead. Hope ALL of Ross Co. comes out Sat. morning to support some Southern Ohio pride.

from the looks of things on tv there was a huge turnout in general for that game. it looked like chillicothe's area was packed. nice to see some people are finally getting out and supporting this team. can't wait till saturday, i'll actually get to be at this one. GO CAVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
