Just stating facts. Whats wrong with the coaches?

I know Stevens knows basketball, as well as Hill. With the size I am hearing, it sounds like RV should do well this year. Good Luck.

Although Tackett is older than me, I do recall hearing his a lot name when NG would play KC (when I was a kid).

RV will be ok this year. Z Deel and McAvena both returning starters. JDeel part time starter. Curnutte and Johnson both had a lot of playing time last year. Coach Stout will need to find some depth from last years JV team.

stout is a good coach. he is tough on the players though. i just meant that stout hill and stevens are tough coaches in games and practice. good luck this season

Jarred does a nice job with the offense he just needs to trash the Defensive staff, it is horrid! If not he will last 3-5 seasons and he will go to the RV bone yard of coaches as well.
I think when the new school comes about and the facilities are in place the weight program should pick up. Let's hope.

To my knowledge, new facilities for athletics are not part of the plan for the new RV high school.

Has there been a good fund-raising effort going on so that there will be new toys at the new school?

If I remember right, he finished the sason out and then resigned to go and take a new job. He will do good as the JV coach. I dont think the RV staff sounds bad at all.

Be Warned about the varsity this year wearing the Black and Silver,they may struggle early with learning a new system,trust me,they have a beast of a coach now!! I have no idea what the JV coach is but the guy running the Varsity can flat out coach and they have size and speed this year. Get them early they will be conditioned ,they will play DEFENSE and they will transition! big change@ Cheshire

As far as I know, Richard left AFTER Southerns season was over to come back home to Gallia County for a new job. I know Richard, I grew up with him through elementary and high school....he is a fine man and a fine coach. He will give it his all and 100%, as he returns to his alma mater!
