Meanwhile the People's Defender of Adams County has posted this article about West Union's loss to Williamsburg: http://www.peoplesdefender.com/main.asp ... M=24500.66

That's all the boys high school basketball press to be found in the Defender for the time being.

A little off topic but....looks like Andy is doing pretty well this year at MSJ. Thought the article and pic were interesting.

Shut it. The better team won. Manchester was cold and peebles wanted it more.

Really hate to even comment on people like streetballers posts and give them any attention at all but I just have to ask.....REALLY???????? Anytime a Peebles player went to the basket all night long there were 3 guys literally hanging on him so don't start talking about dirty play. Manchester just happened to be cold as ice tonight and Peebles played well. It happens....suck it up and understand that everytime you lose a game you really shouldn't be blaming everyone but the players who just didn't get the job done.

LOL every time Manchester loses, streetballer is out complaining about how they lost to the refs. Its so predictable, but always funny.

Good wins for Peebles and Fairfield

It goes both ways. Daniels had to score with 2 people on his back pretty much all night in the paint and little was called. Our gaurds got mugged near the end of the game when Manchester tried to press us and very little was called then also. Thats what caused the situation with the technical near the end. He was definitely in the wrong to throw the ball at West but I can honestly see why he did. They just let both teams play. Good luck to Manchester the rest of the way(unless we meet them in the holiday tourny :-D ).
