Huntington beating Piketon should be an upset, but Huntington played Piketon very tough @ Piketon with out they're point guard I believe who had a broken wrist. I would probably call that a let down game.

Huntington has a nice team and it is near impossible to win at Huntington. If you have ever played there you know what I mean. Piketon will be a district team at best. Nice win for Huntington

It's a shame Piketon is so inconsistent. PHS and PHS (Portsmouth and Piketon) are the most talented teams in the area. I thought after watching Piketons effort against Waverly the light came on and they realized the type of team they can be and what it takes to win. But I'm very disappointed they can't maintain the mental toughness it takes to show up and play every night.

I have always been a big believer in role players. A good role player knows going in that they have a particular job to do (defense,rebounding,screening, etc) and they dont try to do things they cant. Its hard when roles are not defined and a team is loaded with stud athletes. The game of basketball is probably 50% mental.
