Well just from hearing that I would believe the 8 vs 9 will be phs vs minford winner plays NA

Don't know the seeds but here's the latest info:

Peebles vs Portsmouth West

will play the winner of

Zane Trace vs Huntington Ross

North Adams plays the winner of Minford and Portsmouth

In Division 2- Logan Elm and Marietta get the top seeds, with Chillicothe and Vinton County at #2. #3 seeds go to Hillsboro and Warren, #4 to McClain and Fairfield Union. Waverly and Sheridan are 5th seeds, #6 goes to Washington CH and Athens, 7th seeds to Gallia Academy and Northwest, 8th to Circleville and Meigs, 9th seeds to Miami Trace and Jackson and Unioto is the 10th seed.
The #1 & #2 seeds could not meet until the Regional Semis

There is a green bar an inch or two down the page and under that the four divisions are listed from left to right. These will become links once they are posted. Each will take you to that page with the brackets on them.

It looks like the Burg has a tough road. If they win there sectional they will more than likely have to face North Adams in the district semis unless the winner of the Portsmouth/Minford matchup would happen to upset NA in that sectional final.
