Logan reminds me of Fairland last year. They had around 3 or 4 Ls before dropping because they were falling to much better teams that are in SEO.

Looking back Fairland didn't drop. Three Ls came early and they were tied with Logan at #1 after 20 plus games before dropping their final game.

HamPorter wrote: Sun Dec 23, 2018 12:16 am Zane Trace lost to HD by like 35 and Logan loses to them by 6. I know a loss is a loss is a loss, but it really shows the difference between the top of the SE and even another top 5 school.
Can also compare the Chillicothe @ZT and @Logan scores to I guess.

Sheridan is rolling along nicely.

I have no problem with Logan at #1...I went back and forth and really don’t know, not sure too many do.

Very interesting two weeks for Athens to start 2019

1/4 at Meigs
1/8 Wellston
1/11 at Warren
1/12 at Lancaster
1/15 River Valley
1/18 at Vinton

... Four games in 9 days to begin the stretch, three of them on the road. at Meigs is never easy, the BIG ONE at the Warrior Dome on Friday, turn around and head up to Lancaster the very next night. Ugh
The 6th game in 14 days ends with a trip to Valhalla, a place no TVC-Ohio team likes to visit.

Pretty impressive chunk of games for DIII Alexander coming up.

12/28 at Minford
1/4 Wellston
1/11 at Nelsonville-York
1/12 at Chesapeake (Waverly)
1/15 Vinton
1/18 at Meigs
1/22 at Warren
1/25 at River Valley
1/29 at Oak Hill
2/1 Athens
2/5 at Chillicothe

The Spartans really challenging themselves with some quality DII opponents. Waverly, Vinton, Warren, Athens, Chillicothe.
The trip to Minford won't be easy, at Nelsonville-York is not a cake walk either, at Meigs beings uncertainty, at Oak Hill is never a fun trip.
Lots of twists and turns and different kinds of obstacles stand in the Spartans way over the next month.

Peebles will run the gauntlet in the next couple of weeks. They will play:West Union in holiday tournament at West Union, then if they win it would probably be North Adams in the championship,Then play North Adams next regular season game, then New Boston at Glenwood, then Western at Latham, then Fayetteville then Chesapeake. This is a monster schedule and will be tough for them to handle. Good luck Indians.
