I was not able to attend or watch Eastern Brown vs. Zane Trace tonight. I am stunned that it was this big of a blowout. If anyone has some stats or comments i would like to know the game story.

Everyone played, haven’t watched West play any other games but they ran a very high pressure trap based defense and forced as many turnovers as I think i’ve ever seen in a basketball game. Lot of it was unforced as well, but the pressure really kept Valley from getting any kind of rhythm after the first quarter. West also seemed to feed off that and everything started falling in the third.
I’ve seen West three times. They’ve been kinda up and down. Lost big to Burg, beat Minford by 2, then turned around a couple days later and lost big to Minford. Tonight, a big win against Valley. I know it’s a game of matchups, but if they can play they way they did tonight consistently they will win a lot games this year. Not many easy games in SOC2 this year.
They are still putting pieces together with the new coach. But they play hard and tonight they cut the turnovers way down. Valley was up 18-8 often one quarter. After that West took over.

ND is very athletic. They have some really nice young pieces. I don't know for sure, but their one sophomore big probably had close to 20 off the bench last night. They will be the favorites by quite a bit in SOC I the next couple of years, IMO.

Congrats indeed. I played at Chillicothe under Coach Stewart 90-91. He pissed some folks off, but I thought he was a good coach and a better person. My son got in the game late as game was well decided and they had his number wrong in the book and I thought Joe B was going to die right there on the court making sure the refs knew it was a technical.
