Good job by McClain for playing their game. Waverly was not playing loose. Futhey’s EFFORT on the boards was the saving Grace for Waverly. 4/23 from 3, struggled from the line but Futhey was relentless with I think 10 offensive rebounds.
Waverly advanced but they’ll have to loosen up or Heath will take it.

Does this mark Waverly's deepest tournament run since the state AA final four semi-finals appearance in 1970?
