This game leaves one wondering why Oak Hill went to a zone and didnt guard the inbounder on the last play. An uncontested pass across half court to one of RVs best shooters for an open three at the buzer. Strange!

Your right very strange and miscues or breakdowns of communication or whatever occured became really bad really quick for the oaks I agree whatever it was it was very strange but give RV credit they nocked down a very big shot contested or not that was a big shot. It was great back fourth battle between the two teams it was a good game to watch.

Great win for the raiders and the OVC. IMO the OVC is head and tails better than the SOC.

Great job Coach Layton and Raiders!!!!! Does this win mean that River Valley now has the big bullseye on their jerseys?!?!?!?! The Oaks "were" the best team in southeastern Ohio, right?

Congrats to the Raiders. Maybe this team is learning how to play with each other and can get some more wins like this in the season. Their loss to South Point should not of happened but thats the way it goes. Good luck neighbors the remainder of the season, except for when you visit Eastern!

Congrats to The Raiders! As for the Oaks this may have been the wake up call they needed. The Oaks will be fine come Tournament time. I am sure all of the haters will be in the Convo to watch the Oaks Tourny run again this year!

Great job River Valley and congrats to Coach Layton. I am glad to see him take it to the Oaks. I guess it is kind of ironic Coach Layton use to coach at Jackson. I always thought he did a nice job when he was there. Oaks seems to be struggling took a last second tip in to beat Minford and now a loss.

Great win for River Valley, and a tough loss for OH. Oaks just need to use this as an inspiration to try and not have games come down to a last second shot every night.

Well we got what we deserved. Didn't rebound. Didn't play defense. Therefore we lost. Hopefully we get after it in practice Monday, we didnt play good Friday or last night. Come on Oaks. Keep your heads up!

I like what Coach Layton is doing in the Valley. But the valley, known as their tilt against Oak Hill, is too deep to crawl out of. Norm and the boys by about 12-15.
