In 2002, Eastern won the league game @ Eastern vs Whiteoak. They came into Whiteoak on Feb 2nd, undefeated and were beat 89-67 @ Whiteoak.

When does Manchester and North Adams play next?

Ya there will be plenty of teams that have a shot at them come district tourney time!Chesapeake,Fairland,Ironton,Wheelersburg,Piketon to name a few!

They play Feb. 13th @ Manchester.

I dont think they will run the table as much as i would like for them to. I can see us losing to just about everyone left on our schedule with one or two exceptions. I hope i am wrong but we shall see. Go Green Devils

boomer- I dont think it is going to be as easy for Peebles to win out, after all, they do have to travel to Manchester as does North Adams. From the way it sounded, if they play like they did against Eastern, the Hounds can be very dangerous! Both games should be great games and another tough night in the SHL!

They could very easily go 20-0 and lose their first sectional game with the wrong draw.

Baller, I didn't say it would be easy but I would have to think Peebles will be the favorite in the remaining games.

Peebles isn't that good, you stop Justice they can't score cause he's the only kid that every shoots the ball.....I don't see them winning out I think they'll lose to Manchester and Fairfield both..

You need a smiley or LOL at the end of that. Otherwise there are a ton of people who would love to take advantage of such easy money.

Green Devils #1, would that be kind of similar to Unger/North Adams?? Stop him and they're done?? I don't think that's a fair assessment of either team actually. Yes obviously Unger and Justice are both the go to guys for their teams but I think we've seen that there are plenty of additional ways these teams can and do score.

Didn't Andrew Seaman make the all tournament team for the Mcdonalds tourney? I'm as big a North Adams fan as anyone but one should give credit where credit is due and Peebles has a very good ball team this year and IMO is the 2nd best team in the league. Justice may take a lot of shots but there are others on that team that can play ball too. I felt they gave North Adams all they wanted.
I don't see them getting beat by Manchester or Fairfield. Wouldn't be the first time I have been wrong if they do though.

They won't lose in the sectional.......too much winning and too good of a coach.



They have the longest streak of making the districts of the 70 SE district teams for a reason.

Westfall might be the most dangerous.....but must get the #8 seed....but with the trickery of the SVC they'll find a way to get NA vs another SHL school.....Peebles if they lose 2 or 3 more or Eastern Brown.

I can't figure out if green devils #1 is just trying to get people fired up or if his basketball IQ really is that low.

And yes by the way I think NA can win out and go 20-0. Dont know much about Peebles opponent Sat. night, south point, but I also think Peebles can win out. But as we have said before its the SHL and anything can happen on a given night...

North Adams needs to start getting respect from the AP poll with there impressive record.No reason they should not be in the top 10 in D3 right now.

They could lose in the sectional depending on the draw they get.....you never know in the tourney..

Peake was 20-0 and #1 in the state and lost to Wheelersburg in the sectional in 99 i believe
