On the schedule most of the games are varsity only. My understanding is that the JV is to play another night. Of course things can change in a minute as we well know.
Gotcha, I just wasn't sure if it was a league rule or if possibly the Tigers or others didn't have jv teams with the entire covid situation the country is dealing with.
It's a new day and changes are posted. The games that originally were scheduled for Varsity only, have now been changed to JV & Varsity with the exception of one.

The Tigers will now host the West Union Dragons on Tuesday 12/15 and are at Wellston on 12/18 to meet the Rockets.

Changes are coming faster than I can keep up!

The Tigers led at all stops: 14-11 after one, 40-35 at the half, 72-51 after three and the final 102-75.

Official scoring for the Tigers was Tanner Voiers with a team high of 26, Kyle Sexton 25, Chase Clark 19, Grady Jackson 11, Brady Voiers 8 and De'Von Jones 7 and Kage Truitt 6.

Green's sophomore Levi Sampson led all scorers with 32 on the evening, followed by Levi Singleton 13,Levi Blevins 11, Ethan Huffman 9, Wiley Sanders 8 and Dawson Damron and Austin Ray with one each.

NB improves to 2-0 on the young season and 1-0 in SOC1. The Bobcats go to 0-1, 0-1.

Next up for the Tigers is 12/15 hosting the West Union Dragons, 12/18 at the Wellston Rockets, and 12/19 hosting the Whiteoak Wildcats. Green is at Rock Hill to face the Redmen on 12/12, host the Western Indians on 12/15, host the Vikings from Symmes Valley on 12/18 and end the week with the Racine Southern Tornados coming to Franklin Furnace.

Score by quarters: Tigers led after one 18-11, at the half 31-22, after three 49-30 and the final 70-37.

Kyle Sexton led all scorers tonight with 20, followed by Brady Voiers off the bench with 16, Grady Jackson 10, De'Von Jones 8, Chase Clark 6 , Tanner Voiers 5, and Levi Bowman and Hunter Easter 2 each.

West Union scoring was: Cameron Campbell with 15, Braxton Blanton 10, Bobby Gallowitz and Clayton Jones 4 each, and Briant Hunt and Chris Steed with 2 each.

The Tigers improve to 3-0, 1-0 with the non conference win, while the Dragons slip to 0-4, 0-3.

Next up for NB is Friday the 18th, they travel up to Wellston to tangle with the undefeated Division III Rockets who are 3-0 (Wellston defeated Belpre tonight 51-35). Saturday, the Tigers welcome Whiteoak 3-2 to the Den.

West Union continues on the road at Lynchburg Clay 0-2 on 12/18, followed by at Eastern Pike 1-3 on the 19th.

The JV was won by West Union 45-30. Unofficial scoring for the Tigers, Levi Bowman with 11, Colt Maynard 8, Rhys Bratchett 5, Hunter Easter, Josh Tabor and Jay Alley with 2 each.

New Boston Glenwood Tigers 68
Wellston Golden Rockets 38

The Tigers took down the undefeated Golden Rockets this evening in Wellston on Jim Derrow Court. First quarter score was NB 18-5, at the half 33-15, after three 55-28 and the final 68-38.

New Boston improves to 4-0, 1-0 in SOC1, while the Rockets slip to 3-1.

Kyle Sexton led the Tigers with 24 points, followed by Tanner Voiers 19, De'Von Jones 10, Grady Jackson 7, Chase Clark 5 and Levi Bowman 3.

Hunter Smith led the Rockets with 9 points.

The JV game resembled a football game the first half with Wellston leading after one at 9-0 and 28-6 at the half. The final was 51-29 Rockets. Tigers fall to 0-3 on the season.

Scoring for the JV Tigers was Levi Bowman 10, Jayse Tabor and Rhys Bratchett with 5 each, Colt Maynard 4, Luke Henson 3 and Josh Alley 2.

Next up for New Boston is tomorrow 12/19 as they host the Whiteoak Wildcats 3-2 from Highland County. Wellston has the Alexander Spartans at home on 12/22.

Whiteoak Wildcats 55

The Tigers won the meeting of the Cats tonight. New Boston led the entire game. After one it was 20-10, at the half 40-18, after three 55-37 and the final 74-55.

New Boston stays undefeated at 5-0, 1-0 while Whiteoak goes to 3-3.

Unofficial scoring for the Tigers was Kyle Sexton and Tanner Voiers both with 25 points, De'Von Jones 13, Brady Voiers and Chase Clark 4 each and Grady Jackson 3.

Scoring for the Wildcats: Carson Emery 15, Bradley Ashbaugh 14, Nick Bailey 12, Bryce Bailey and Hogan Walker 4 each and Luken Roades and Landon Barnett with 3 each.

Whiteoak won the JV game 53-25. NB goes to 0-4 on the season.

Next up for the Tigers is a makeup at East 0-1. 0-1 on Monday the 21st and host the Clay Panthers 0-5, 0-2 on Tuesday 12/22. Then they are off until 12/30 when they entertain the Notre Dame Titans 1-1, 1-0 and on 1/2 they host the Peebles Indians 1-1. Whiteoak hosts the Piketon Redstreaks 2-2 on 12/22 and the Northwest Mohawks 2-1 on 12/29.
