Tale of first 2 1/2 quarters vs the last 1 1/2 quarters. Wheelersburg the aggressors on both ends the first part and Webster the aggressors the last half. Great ballgame, physical, and both crowds were tremendous. Just too much to overcome for the Jeeps in the end.

We almost made it. Good to see Webster finally bully some kids around instead of getting bullied. Refs set the tone

Big hole to dig out of after being down by 21 pts in the 3rd Qtr. Tough loss after fighting back to within one point with a little over a minute to go. Doesn't get any easier with as good if not better Valley team coming up.

I thought refs did a good job letting them play. Missed some fouls on both ends, but overall, I’d rather watch a physical game like that than a free throw contest.

Kreischer said it best on broadcast after game that Webster can’t expect to beat any real team when they don’t show up for first 2.5 quarters. With their talent, they are well beyond the point of moral victories. And while we’re at it, Kreischer, Johnson, and Conley do a great job on the Webster YouTube broadcasts.

As for Burg, huge road win and they looking like a team that can compete for a D3 District Championship. Wright hitting outside shots puts them on a different level and opens up things underneath for Arthur and Johnson. Solid coaching job by Prater with this team.*
