Eagles had two starters in foul trouble in the first quarter and they set most of the first half. That hurt the Eagles, especially 2nd quarter. That #10 from Trimble killed the Eagles on the boards and under the basket.

Who didn’t play for Trimble? Looks like they had all their pieces today. Guffey is a monster. Great player and a good kid.

Great effort by the Eagles after a tough draw to face the #3 team in D4,, the Eagles battled to the end and Eagle nation couldn't be more proud,but Guffey was a huge problem inside and Trimble got us today.Congratulations to the Tomcats but proud of the fight the Eagles showed today. Thank you to the Seniors Logan Salisbury,Brennon Slusher,Lance Barnett ,Isaac Brabson, Michael Cantrell. U all will be missed,Eagles y'all fought all year and it won't be forgotten. Go Eagles!!

I agree! Kids at Eastern battled this game and all season! But the kids were just not put in good situations to win ballgames.
