The Symmes Valley at New Boston Glenwood scheduled to be made up today has been cancelled and is rescheduled for 1/30.
New Boston 8-3, 7-1 is at East 3-5,3-4 on Friday the 19th. The Tigers won the earlier game at NB 75-65.
Symmes Valley 6-6, 3-5 has Western Pike 5-6, 4-3 at home on the 19th and travel over to North Adams on Saturday the 20th in the Dave Young Classic playing the Manchester Greyhounds 2-10.

The Scarlet and Gray led at each stop, 23-21 after 1, 42-37 at the half, 60-55 after 3, and the final 81-74.
New Boston goes to 9-3 overall and 8-1 in conference play. East drops to 3-6,3-5.
The Tigers have two home games next week. First, the Flyers of Ironton St.Joe 10-2 come to New Boston on Tuesday the 23rd for a non conference game, then on Friday the 26th the Tigers welcome the Clay Panthers 2-13, 2-7 on Homecoming evening.
The Tartans host Northwest on Tuesday and on Friday they travel to Green 7-6, 4-5.
The JV game was 49-34 East.

The Ironton St.Joseph Flyers 10-2 are at New Boston Glenwood Tigers 9-3 tonight. This should be an excellent ball game. Good Luck to both!

The Flyers are now 11-2 after their win last night over Huntington WVa. Covenant 59-33.

Ironton St.Joseph 34
In a low scoring affair, the St.Joseph Flyers led after 1 at 12-6, at the half 18-14 and after 3 at 30-22. New Boston rallied and outscored the Flyers 20-4 in the fourth quarter to pull out the win.
The Tigers improve to 10-3, while the Flyers slip to 11-3. New Boston travels to Ironton to meet the Flyers in a rematch 2/3.
NB hosts Clay on Friday the 26th on homecoming evening. SJ hosts East on Monday and Ohio Valley Christian on Tuesday.
The Flyers won the JV game 46-17.

The last time these two played at Clay, the Tigers escaped with a 63-60 victory. Tonight, the Tigers led 22-7 after 1, 51-19 at the half,71-27 after 3 and the final 81-35.
New Boston improves to 11-3 overall and 9-1 in SOC 1. Clay goes to 2-14 and 2-8 with the loss.
The Tigers next play the Symmes Valley Vikings 6-7,3-6 in a make up game on Tuesday the 30th. Clay is at South Webster 5-8 tomorrow.
The Panthers won the JV game 40-23.

The Tigers led at the half 43-31, after 3 at 59-45 and the final 89-76.
Cade Conley scored his 1,000 point at the 3:32 mark of the third quarter and finished the evening with 27 points. Congratulations Cade on reaching this milestone!
NB is now 12-3 on the season and 10-1 in SOC 1. SV is 8-9, 4-7.
The Tigers go to Green 8-6, 5-5 to tangle with the Bobcats on Friday 2/2 and on to Ironton to face the St.Joseph Flyers on Saturday the 3rd.
SV is at East 3-10, 3-6 on Friday 2/2.
The Vikings won the JV game 68-34.

wow. Kinda shocked to see that one. Guess that means the tigers 3 starters will be rested for tomorrows contest.....
