You're right.What could I be thinking? We don't need one of our best returning players coming in the gym working hard, being a leader, and setting an example for the younger players in the program. No, as a coach trying build a program I would not want that at all. In fact why have a pre-season conditioning program at all? Heck, I'll tell what boys you show up the first day of practice and I'll even let you run the practice. You tell me what drills to run and we'll run them. What you dont want to run drills? No problem we'll just roll the balls out and play 5 on 5 all practice.As Chris Carter would say "COME ON MAN!" All the younger kids who came to conditioning noticed that he was not there when they WERE there. Its a real shame when the younger kids in the program show more of a work ethic than do the older ones. I hope John and the boys have a good year, but with leadership like this I just dont see it happening.

Yes I did. One of the hardest things ive ever done. But its done imo. Coach Helber and the players are like family to me and I wish them all the best. Ill be in the stands showing my support.

Heard what happened to coach Rutter some on schoolboard didnt like his style. (I know he's an old schooler) But can't fault his results. Have talked to some who have played for him and they respected him and played hard. But I did say they didnt like his style (WINNING). Looks to me thats what Logan doesnt want to do.

Welston WOW Had heard coach Helber was bulking up the schedule to prepare them for the SEOAL. Also heard they thru in power house Fed Hock for a scrimmage. Over christmas break maybe they can play Miller to prepare them for the stretch.
