LC trailed much of game and won on a buzzer beater
Did you see the play on twitter? Because the defensive choice by McClain was strange to say the least lol

SEO POY Candidate Bo Myers hits a cold blooded three with under a minute left to secure the win!
What was the score when he shot it? "Cold blooded" meaning it would have been bad strategy to shoot if he missed?

From the radio it appeared they were taking the air out of the ball and up 3 or 4 . Good it went in for the Chiefs though . New Albany hits some nice shots but Chieftains made more plays .

Don’t remember the score but they were up 1 with well under a minute left. New Albany would have had to start fouling soon. If Myers would have missed, it could have been a very different final score. Cold blooded indeed.

Thanks, sounds like the "the dagger"! Strategy not bad with only a one point lead. There are a lot of ways to lose it from up one and 50 sec left, especially if the down team plays aggressive defense and doesn't panic and fouls early without a good chance at a turnover, and has a good strategy if it gets late in the clock to get the ball to a poorer foul shooter.

Logan had their free throw unit in. Not saying it was a bad shot, but it was cold blooded! Definitely the dagger!

Sounded like Logan turned up the "D" the second half and started hitting some nice shots . 2nd quarter was possibly one of their worst . Shook it off and played a lot better 3rd quarter. This a game they would have lost last year. PS Logan went 1 for 5 the last 1:30 on FT. That's not the Norm for them .

Seems like a good reason to attempt a "cold blooded trey" with the one point lead and the ball with under a minute to play. Must have made at least one other FG after the "dagger" trey.

Logan was up 3 and and sounded like they they were playing to keep the ball . Myers had just missed 2 FT prior to that and he normally does not miss 3 in a row so why not shoot if you have a free look . It worked out good . NA hit a runner under a minute , Cassidy hit the front end of 1 and bonus and LOGAN stole the ball and got the ball to Landis for a final dunk as time expired . Your Radio folks do a really good job . Appreciate the Radio Apps.

Wait, I thought Logan was only up 1 when he shot the dagger trey. If it was really up 3 that makes it much less a smart shot!

I got one better. Logan Maxfield-who had a tremendous game for Athens against Jackson tonight with close to 20-hits a corner 3 with under a minute left being down 48-50. The Go ahead bucket gets the Bulldogs up 51-50. It then becomes time management for Jackson and have to foul. Ultimately Athens hits some clutch free throws in the final seconds Butcher making both of a one and one to take it to 53-50, I think Jackson made a quick 2 in the paint to get it to 53-52 with 10 secs left-Chubb was fouled on the inbound and with the double bonus he made both free throws with 8 secs left to take it to 55-52. Jackson attempted a last second 3, it was an air ball and not even sure they got it off in time. It was a great game. A close one all the way. Congrats to the Bulldogs with 4 in a row and all on the Road!!!
