Yeah but also if not for a horrid charge call late a bad Hillsboro team would’ve beat them in the sectionals

Oak Hill and Alexander might need flipped

Belpre might get higher votes because they'll have more wins but arguably every team I've listed above Belpre would win the TVC Hocking.

Based off of strength of schedule and the margin of victories, I would have Chesapeake over Wheelersburg at this point. But some coaches may vote that differently.

If Eastern Brown didn't lose to Alexander I would say they are the sure fire #1. That's not a 'bad loss' by any means, but the manner at which they lost on a neutral court... ehh.... Good news is, they followed that up by absolutely dismantling a very solid Peake team by 30.


With all that said.... that's why I feel it's a 2 horse race between Zane Trace and Eastern Brown.... with some coaches also throwing in Fairland as the #1.

Not sure that I would include Shenandoah (10-6) as a quality win for Chesapeake. They are #46 in Div-IV (SoS -1.5) on Maxpreps.
