I understand OHSAA RPI determines seeding/home court, but is it for only first two rounds? District is neutral site, right?

Correct, there were no Sectionals last year with the 7 Divisions.
District Semis were at a neutral site last year, just wasn’t the convo. This year both the District semis and championship are at the convo for D4 and D5.

. Sectionals have not been recognized by the OHSAA for years. Some teams who haven’t done that for years still recognize that. I guess that’s ok

I guess just an excuse to cut down the nets after 2 wins.
