Burg by 10 or 15. I would really be surprised if this game is even that close.

First of all, Huntington doesn't have Mayo, Patterson, Williams, Early,Taylor, etc. The group they have now has no REAL varsity experience. They have a couple of players with nice size but that is about it. This is just my opinion.

My thoughts are the team that scores the most points wins the game.

Burg will use this next week to work on some specific things that they have needed to address but cannot due to getting ready for other opponents. Some fine tuning on these areas could pay huge dividends in the next few weeks. All of the players are healthy, except Armstrong, (broken nose) but he will be able to practice on Wed. More importantly, the football players are finally in basketball shape. Look for the Pirate Palace to be rocking for the remaining home games.

Dont tell children's service.

Just in case some of you are planning on attending the game and dont know exactly where HHS is located here are the directions.

Take Rt. 52 and cross the first Huntington, W.V. bridge. Get on 64 East toward Charleston. Take the Hal Greer exit and turn right. Go approximately 1/4 and turn left and up the hill to the school.

Hope to see the Barrick Brigade out in full force until we can return to the Palace.

They announced at the girls' game tonight that the JV game will start at 5:45 pm rather than 6 pm.
