Can the Eagles get back on track against the White Falcons?

The White Falcons have some good players. They have several kids that can scorer alot of points. The Eagles can beat them though. You can always count on Eastern opening a game very strong, case and point at Waterford, but they have to come out of the half with as much energy and hold on to their lead. THey need to get back at .500 and get a few game win streak to get some confidence and momentum. Eastern has lost 4 in a row if I'm right, and needs to snap the streak of losses. Titus Pierce had a good game against Waterford. There has been several players for Eastern who has had great games, but they need to have 3 or 4 guys have great games on the same night. Ill be there rooting for Eastern, Go Green!

If they plan on having a good season now is the time the boys have to come together as a team.

If they can play a whole game like they come out in the first half then they can win this one. The boys come out of the locker room after halftime and something happens to them. Just what I seem to observe every game. Play as a team Eagles for a full game and I see you getting a win. GO EAGLES!!!!

I'd say the Eagles will soar higher than the Falcons and win the battle of the birds at home. ;-)

WOW! What a game. Eastern was down as much as 17 in the first half, but cut it to 11 right before the break. There were so many steals, by both teams in the second half. Jake Lynch for Eastern got hot in the third quarter, and Eastern tied the game. Wahama got up by 7 points soon after they tied it. In the 4th quarter it was up and down the entire time till about 3 minutes left. Wahama ended up winning 81-74, but there were a bunch of foul shots at the end. High scoring game!

For Wahama. . .
Casey Harrison had 27. He got the ball up the court fast and had alot of nice passes. He also was 9/10 from the line in the last few minutes.
Jordan Smith had 28 points. This has been the second time he scored 28 this year.
Justin Arnold also had 13 points.
There has been several games with Wahama having two people 20 or more points.

For Eastern. . .
Jake Lynch was the main man again. He scored 32 points, hitting 5 three pointers in the second half. He also had several steals when getting Eastern back in the game.
Mikey Johnson had 12 points, 10 in the 4th quarter!

It was a nice comeback for Eastern and they played real well in the second half. Too bad they couldn't close it out.

This was a great game to watch. But I have to say it would have been a way better game, if the officiating wouldn't have been so terrible. It was just terrible calls both ways, but by seeing the amount of free throws Wahama took compared to Eastern, I think you all could determine who got the better end of the deal. It was even worst in the JV game. But congrats to Wahama -- and Eastern, keep your heads up.

i dont know what problem coach baum has on the carroll boy but he is a heck of a shooter and he could actually help out the varsity team with him and the lynch boy shooting the lights of the three....every game the carroll boy hits a three during the jv game and then gets yanked out by the coach....if the coach would give carroll a chance he would help them out greatly but you cant do anything only getting to play 2 minutes at a time....u cant get your rhythm....the hendrix boy is a great shooter also and he sees the floor very well he should help out the team alot this year on jv and next year on the varsity level
