Warren comes off a good win against Belpre last Friday. Everyone played, the bench got good minutes and 4 boys were in double figures. The had played poorly against Athens so it was good to see them shake off that poor shooting and ball handling performance. The Warriors have played their typical brand of solid pressure defense so far but I think Maddox would like to see some improvement with the full court press trap. This will be a tough week with Portsmouth and Waverly this weekend. Warren will have to play more consistently as the competition gets tougher. I don't know much about Gallia and they seem to be struggling some but they always seem to muster a very good performance against the Warriors. Is this a triple header?

Warren played one heck of a game Tuesday night! All phases are clicking....let's hope we can keep it rolling Friday against Portmouth....the kids are loose, confident, but very focused....the very best of luck to the Warriors players and coaches!! Packed house, will be loud and enthusiastic!!

Glad to see the coaching change at the Academy has the program heading in the "right direction."
