What a wild trip tonight. The canoe ride from Huntington to Logan down the Guyandotte River weren't too bad, but that backpack from there to Madison was tough.

There was a statue of Ned Beatty at the door. Thank God, it was at the front door.

The Panthers fell behind by 8 in the first quarter and by 10 midway through the second. Nathan Copley played very little in the first half due to foul trouble. Peter Hinz carried the offensive load for Chesapeake in the first half. A run near halftime brought the Panthers within one point at intermission. Scott extended the lead to 44-40 at the end of three quarters.

Copley and Kyle Webb got hot from long range in the fourth quarter as the Peake scored 25 points in that frame to take home a 65-57 victory.

Heard on the news tonight that many fans from Scott went out to get there guns after the game because of a Moose sighting. They were very disappointed not to get that trophy mounted on their wall.

I kept one eye open during the prayer. :(

Those folks made me nervous. Looked like they split the pot afore we got there.

From Huntington, go to Charleston and hang a right on Corridor G. Drive for 30 minutes and turn at the Madison exit. Scott HS is between Madison and Danville in Boone county.

If you are reasonably armed or looking for love in all the wrong places, you can take Route 10 from Huntington to West Hamlin, then route 3 to the intersection of Corridor G and on to Madison.

Hmmm! kinda wonder about "split the pot" when it's divided into doobies rather than $$$s!
