Coming off an emotional, tough 2OT loss at Chillicothe, the Trojans had better re-focus quickly against the Tigers.......Marietta gave Portsmouth all they could handle at PHS, leading after 3 quarters before a spirited Trojan rally in the final frame which led to a 55-43 win.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate for Friday and Saturday because it is getting close to the end of the regular season, with only 2 weeks left.

I keep hoping for some momentum by the Trojans going into the tournament, but we have lost 3 of our last 4 games by a total of 13 points.

Mix of rain and snow for Friday morning but temperatures are supposed to be in the mid 30s......the precipitation should be all rain Friday afternoon, but a chance of snow showers at night. Portsmouth has a game on Saturday vs. Northwest, and 3 games next week, followed by 2 the following week.......not much room to reschedule games now.

The game has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan.15.......there is no school that day due to President's Day.........it might be an early afternoon game.

And I'll have to get off work........6 games for our kids in 2 weeks.......it might be 7 depending on the Northwest game tomorrow.......I'm sure other schools are facing the same thing.
