Despite what the time in the upper right corner of the header on this post says, it is now 7:20 PM here in Ironton, and the Ironton Fighting Tiger Countdown pre-game show is not yet on the air on WIRO. I'll be back when it is - I gave some grief today to one of our Ironton Fighting Tigers illustrious broadcast team, so I reckon I'll get some grief back whenever they manage to get the game on the air! - GO TIGERS

I was not aware that the league didn't give out a trophy. What is up with that? I guess Ironton can buy their own, with all those travel dollars you'll be saving next year.

Look for this league to fold in the next few years. With Ironton leaving and now Marietta leaving in a year. Jackson trying to get into the TVC and no one asking to join the league I'd look for Warren to head north in the next couple of years and then no league.

You're dreaming there, dude. Seoal will be fine without Athens, Ironton, or Marietta.

If Athens falls back from winning the tvc in football next year--look for them to look for a smaller league starting the following year
