Vinton County-Zane Trace?

Post by jottings »

Did Vinton County play a makeup game with Zane Trace Saturday night? If so, what was the final score? Thanks.

Yep it's senior night. 3 seniors on the basketball team, I think 2 cheerleaders :?: , and not sure how many fro wrestling; I know 3 for sure  .
I would not be surprised if L.B. sees very limited action; or plays at all against the Pioneers.
He's not a senior, and has a very tender knee. One could tell he was playing with a lot of pain the last few conference games. Looks like the knee just needs some time, but it would be hard to sit him because he is a gamer. He will surely be needed against Fairfield Union come Friday night.

Vikes won the conference; now play for the CONVO

Good news for ZT fans, they seem to be saving their great game for Belpre!

... daniC LOL!!! I was thinking the exact same thing LOL ... bad game followed by "good" game ... I suppose that's how a team plays .500 ball ...

They just have too much talent to be below .500, IMO.

Man was I wrong on this one. Remy started, played most of the game, and had his best all around game of the year. The knee looked fine he planted, cut, jumped, and the knee looked the best since he hurt it.

Kinda a lack-luster game except for it being senior night.

VC could have won by 20+. Not sure what kind of talent ZT has, but the Vikes handled them easily tonight. Hopefully VC will continue the positive play into their game with FU. One and done season begins. Congrats on a good season Vikings. Lets take care of business on Friday!!!

You didnt see the real zane trace. Their starting center who is their best player and there starting point guard were sick and didn't even travel with the team to the game. Also their second leading scorer who did play but hasn't even practiced because he has been sick. I'm quite sure the game would have been much different had the flu bug not hit.
