why doesn't the tvc ohio take in portsmouth and ironton?

all TVC-Ohio teams can pretty much pick up a rock hit any other team in the league ... why would they want to get on a bus on a Tueasday night and travel 2 hours to play a game?

Looking at the geographic area, and the seemingly demise of the SEOAL Jackson, Logan, Gallia
academy, and/or Warren Local would be likely schools wanting to join the TVC OHIO?
I have been studying various conferences of the area, and it seems at one time the SEOAL was the league to be in during 60's & 70's, or get out of in the 80's & 90's! :aaaaa78

for some schools like vc it wouldnt be too bad looked check and portsmouth is only about 20 minutes farther drive then meigs for vc. but when you get schools like meigs and portsmouth and athens vs portsmouth is when you get the 2 hour drives. if any more schools were to be added they should be closer like they did with river valley most rv will have to travel for a tvc game is 1 hour and why would anyone want to drive or ride a bus all the way down 93 to ironton? ive rode buses down 93 to coal grove and let me tell you it makes you sick as a dog.

i saw where the tvc ohio only had 6 teams and could add a couple of quality programs to improve their league. the league seems out of balance number wise.
