Okay, so I get cancelling school when it is less than 10 degrees out because some kids have to walk or have to wait an extended period of time for the bus, but are we really going to cancel an evening activity when there is no snow or ice?

And how many of the schools that cancelled today weren't in yesterday? It's the same weather and In fact, it actually snowed in Chillicothe on Thursday morning so it was worse than it was today.

Oh, and Paint Valley at Unioto is being played.

Peebles Vs Fayetteville @ Peebles is on. Freshman start at 4:30.start of second half of season .Most games are now at Peebles since most first half of season games were away. Odd it happened that way. Peebles begins new year with two double overtime losses on the road. Now we need to hold serve at home and get better. Looking forward to the second half of 2017/2018 Peebles Basketball.

Portsmouth was out yesterday and today, some school have the no school no play rule,I'm glad we don't because like you said, the weather and roads are usually not a problem in the evening.

Yes it's still on. Last game for the Dogs was Dec 22 against NY. Athens at Jackson on Dec 29th was postponed until Jan 27. Been a full 2 weeks since Athens last played. Be nice to get a good win at Wellston tonight and take some Momentum into tomorrow night when Logan comes to Athens.

Wonder if Meigs at Alex is still on. Tvc_fan says Meigs is fully healthy and have turned the corner after their 1st win against Wood County Christian. Hard to win in The Alley and Alex played Oak Hill tough only losing 44-39. Interested to see how this one Plays out.

Maxfield should be back from his trip to Georgia over the Holidays and Micah Saltzman should be back but maybe with limited minutes, coming off that stress fracture to his foot. The interesting part now will be to see if the coach stays with the formula of keeping the 3 Bigs out there on the floor together, which IMO is a matchup nightmare for any team. We will see what he does over the next couple of days. Big TVC-OHIO matchup with VC at home next Tuesday.

I would say not, but when you are 0-7 or 0-8 any win is a BIG WIN. And when everyone is finally fully healthy-Well HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL.

Seems like your coach will have to decide to either go big and lose quickness or try and go smaller and gain quickness. I s Wellston big or do they rely on quickness? Will you be updating the game ? Thanks

Wood County was a pretty good team, we was down 11 in 4th period and changed some defense and came back for the win. Wood County was 5-4 when we played them.
