The young coach from Adena, Bradley, seems to be doing a fantastic job with his kids. Very bright future for him and his program.

That’s hilarious. I saw both JV games Ironton played against Gallipolis this year and was not impressed at all. So you tell me what’s so impressive about him? Or maybe your a family member or friend of this guy.
😂😂😂

on a side note, I just happen to be friends with him and his family..............

I apologize, I don't know where I got "Wheeler" from. I knew it had 7 letters though :D

Athens High’s Mickey Cozart is definitely one
Deserving of being recognized. He’s brought the
Bulldogs to District’s twice in 3 years.

Seems like the TVC has several up and coming coaches at the JV level. I would have to throw in the JV Coaches Alex and Wellston as well. Alex’s coach always has a solid team that plays great defense and typically puts a good shooting team on the floor. Our JV coach at Wellston does a really nice job. His teams are always very good defensively and have a fun creative offense to watch and the kids seem to enjoy playing for him.

There are a few I have seen that I think are pretty good, but; I think you sometimes have to take into account what kind of talent they have. Alot of coaches can be good if they are loaded with great guards,Big forwards and a couple of 6'5" to 6'8" centers. Or heaven forbid a 7 footer. ( Very hard to find.). Most schools who depend on local talent do t have that perfect team every year. That's where a good coach makes good with the cards they are dealt. I've seen a few that can do that ,but; not many. That great coach can take his talent or lack of it and mold his or her team into a formative foe, even going so far as to change offensive or defensive philosophy. Case in point: Berlin Hilands coach. His ace in the hole in my opinion is the vast pool of players he can call on in that area of the Ohio country side. Just my thoughts!

Be careful about falling in love with the young dudes. It’s a hard profession where experience is invaluable !
