Miles Shipp (6-2) of Portsmouth had a very good sophomore season for the Trojans, as he established himself as a physical presence in the paint. Shipp led the Trojans in rebounding, and had several games in double figure scoring. This season Miles will look to add an outside jumper to his offensive game. Shipp is a fun player to watch in that he gives 100% on every play.

I'd imagine most would agree that Wheelersburg, Waverly, and Oak Hill are the top 3 favorites to win the league.

Tier 2 would include South Webster, Minford, and Valley.

Bottom tier would include West and Northwest.
