I do know assistant coach, Ty Leach, coached the second half of the game vs Westfall on Saturday night.

I find this very very very hard to believe if it’s who I think it is.

Coach if you’re reading this, I truly hope this was just a stupid mistake and not the more serious problem. If you need help bro hit me up on insta or whatever. I kicked alcohol after a 2 year bender and I know what it’s like. You’ve been the best at literally everything ever since we were 5 years old and I know you can do anything bro.

Having watched him at the Convo and in scrimmy action, he seems to be a genuinely good person and a coach with great passion and even better intentions. Hope all works out for him.

I was in the same class, not just grade, as Connor from k-12 so I’ve practically known him and his family all my life and you are correct. It wouldn’t be fair for someone to pass a judgement on someone just from an article without knowing him like some of us do. I speak facts.

I hope if he gets help, he can continue in his profession down the road. Compassion and help is needed here. Not hatred or political correctness. 🙏

Couldn’t have said it better myself. Prayers to all involved.

Him and his dad are one of us. It is time to encourage and pray, not tear apart. Whatever is going on I hope he gets the help he needs and the great fans at Washington Court House will support him and do whatever is necessary to get him healthy. Hopefully he can get back to his passion and Coach again soon. Prayers!

I don't think anybody was tearing him apart. Every post I've seen here has been supportive. I certainly am not judging him, if that's what's being implied. I simply shared the articles, as it is news in the SEO basketball community.

I didn't mean to imply anyone here was tearing apart. I haven't seen that, thank goodness. I was just saying that in todays world it is so easy to criticize someone, especially on a message board, that I hoped that wouldn't happen. I haven't walked in his shoes and don't even know what happened. Just trying to support a great family in time of need.

Not defending the actions if true but this one smells like a set up to me.

I would bet the house on it. I know what happened and to say that he was under the influence is a joke!

Sounds like somebody wanted that coaching job pretty bad

Honestly knowing Coach as well as I do I can’t believe it. I mean literally if I could pick one person to coach my boys it would be him. He’s one of the most straight edge people I’ve ever known in my life and he knows better.

If it was a set up, and I don't think shoedaddy would lie about info he knows, then that is absolutely horrible. Todays sports scene has went nuts with what people will attempt to do to coaches, players, and referees.
